I have been shopping at Moss of Bath for over 20 years. They are the most incredible shop to do business with. Tim Moss and his staff are so knowledgeable about new products and they provide first class service at all times. They suggest exactly the right equipment you need to upgrade your system and then organise for this all to be fitted and up and running with an hour or so. They are brilliant. I cannot recommend them highly enough. You know you are getting the very best information available and you can trust implicitly what you are being told. Shopping at Moss of Bath is actually a joyful experience.

I have dealt with Tim Moss and his team for many years but the latest project surpasses all. I now have a fabulous home cinema and sound system of outstanding quality. Its not just the kit, its the service that you get from the team that is most impressive - involved from start to finish of our major house refurbishment, calm and reassuring, you just knew it would all be perfect - and it is!

Amazing service! Advice, recommendation and installation all within 3 days as a birthday surprise for my husband. I had no expectation that they would be able to do this so quickly and efficiently. Many thanks to Tim and his team for excellent service received for the supply and installation of both a TV and a Satellite Dish. Could not be faulted from the initial planning visit through to some excellent installation engineers who complete the job. No hesitation in recommending them to others and would be very happy to use them again.
