        EDIT: Since posting this original review I was contacted by School Guide with a long letter of apology as well as my refund. I appreciate that the person I originally dealt with on their customer service team was perhaps not ideal in her wording, and this did make up for it. I'm sure their information on English schools is great (just see the reviews below mine), and they said they're working on getting more information up on Scottish schools. So with that in mind, I'll raise my review to 3 stars.

        The info on the website is ok. However they won't cancel your subscription once setup and will continue to bill you. They take 10 out of your account every month regardless of how many times you email them. Their phone line is also useless as no one ever pick it. I've now contacted my bank and master card to recover lost money and to cancel their payments TOTAL SCAM!!!!..please avoid at all cost.

        This used to be excellent when it was free but now it's pretty much useless unless you stump up 10 (yes 10) a month.
