    Stay away from this company!!! This is the worst experience we had ever have. Was highly recommended by friend, my poor daughter had worked so hard to save up money for driving lessons. She paid for a bundle of 5 driving lessons early December, excited to start learning, then went ahead to book for a driving test date in April. Since payment made to now she receive no confirmation of any form, we called up over 10 times between my daughter and I trying to book the first lesson, each and every single time was asked to leave a telephone number will have someone to call us back yet never got a call back. So last Saturday we decided go to their Bath branch address on Google at Pierrepont St, Bath BA1 1LA, yet we went up and down of that street could find any sign of it, asked shops in the street they had never heard of them, stand on the street called up Drive2Us, telephone operator was trying to be helpful looking up at the Google map trying to direct us to it, which could find it either, asked us to hold while she go get help, back and forth over 20 minutes over the phone, I told her we are not happy with their company and would like to get our refund, she told us she is at the Bristol branch couldnt help us with finding the Bath branch office, and we should leave her with our number someone will call us back on the refund, I told her we had this same response for the last over 10 times we called, can she make sure someone do actually call us back, she said she had placed in the urgent request and we should get a call back by Monday, today is Tuesday still no one call back, it is horrible to deal with. We dont know what else to do to get her money back. Left her so little time to prepare for her test, such a let down for a young person trying to learn to work hard for her goal, this is extremely frustrating!!!!

    Went from zero experience to passing my test with Paul who was patient whilst encouraging me to work hard on any areas I struggled with. He offered lots of useful tips for real world driving and a brilliant motorway lesson after passing my test. Most significantly, he was very flexible with scheduling lessons and never cancelled without good notice. I recommend booking one lesson through their website to start with and then directly via your instructor. This makes lessons easier to budget for and organise in the long run.

I was very fortunate to find such a driving instructor who prioritises the student. Paul taught me how to drive safely and confidently which allowed me to pass the practical test on first attempt.
