        Ive been using the practice over the last nine years and Ive been impressed at how the practice manages under pressure. Overall its been good including pharmacists nurses and doctors. Good to see the recent focus on the role of the receptionists and the justified request for patients to be courteous to them. And I like the new newsletter keep that going! - Many thanks!
