I live in Bradford on Avon but found the doctors surgery terrible for many reasons. Since I've moved to Bath Easton they have been am amazing. Highly recommend this surgery. Having long term medical issues I've been with many surgerys, best one

The most helpful and kind practice ive ever been part of- and I have moved around the country! Brilliant care for my children, myself and baby. Easy to park, staff are lovely and punctual appointments!

After days closed due to Christmas, I finally managed to book an appointment at the GP. Ive been feeling unwell for 4 days but as its not an emergency I cant go to the ED at the hospital, so just had to wait the GP to reopen. After waiting an hour, the receptionist just came to the waiting room and told us the doctor was dealing with an emergency. Honestly, after an hour weve been notified? An hour? There were only 3 people in the waiting room including me, not even full, but we were just expecting a bit more respect. Been notified after an hour was such a disrespectful behaviour from them. Turns out I just went to Boots, which has also been closed a few days for Christmas. Thats shocking for me! Ive never seen the medical industry having so many days off! Thats why NHS is one of the WORST health systems in the world nowadays. Shame!!! The impression I have is that theyve been trained to only prescribe paracetamol btw. Shame.
