Referred to through 111 for wisdom tooth extraction, which they failed to do and made the pain much worse. Was told they'd referred me to hospital 2 weeks ago, but when I contacted them it turns out they hadn't done it. Chased them up about it and they sent the email the day after, but forgot to attach my X-rays. Was not notified of the problem until I phoned them back...Presumably they would have just left it like they did before! Highly unprofessional, completely unacceptable. You simply cannot sweep your patients' wellbeing under the carpet like this and hope it'll go away.

I can actually get an appointment here via 111, I cannot at my dentists. I've had some conflicting information from them about what they can and cannot do which was completely exasperating, but the dentist has always been very professional and knowledgable.
