Bath Oldfield Dental Centre

I worked for a while at Oldfield Park Dental Practice Bath, unfortunately I needed to move on, but I want to give a big thumbs up to all the staff at Bath Oldfield Dental practice. You're brilliant. The staff is young, passionate and dedicated, very good professionals, hard working and the patients receive a great person- centered care from the moment they step into the practice until they leave and is not always an easy job the work in a dental practice. They work very hard every day, show that they care and a good dental care service is always available at this practice, no matter if you are an NHS or private patient. They always greet you with smile on their faces and make patients, content, happy and at ease every single appointment and we all know seing the dentist is a scary job sometimes. I'm sure the new practice in Rush Hill will be excellent. I wish people would appreciate more the dentists, the dental nurses and all the staff in dental practices that put so much effort and dedication in their job. Well done guys, wish you all the best in your brand new amazing practice. You rock, great team, great service, keep up the great job you do. You'll be the best dental practice in Bath, I'm. Sure. Thank you for a warm welcome and all the things you teached me.

Disgusting, if I could give no stars I would. Contacted the surgery on March 10th to make an appointment and was told I was to longer on a patient there by a very rude and loud receptionist, a pathological lying nasty piece of work, who said I hadn't attended/cancelled my last appointment had hadn't attended in a number of years, I informed her this wasn't true and that they cancelled three of my previous appointments (all that I attended and was only informed in the surgery without previous notification,) the most recent during the covid lockdowns and a lot later than they said my last appointment was, she said whatever idon't really care but you can have private treatment if you want. I have since got a letter dated 3rd April saying I am still a patient and the surgery is merging with somewhere else, crescent office Park and this surgery is closing May 12th. I will make NHS compliant and hopefully get the place closed down

I had an appointment this morning for a filling. The dentist was called Chris. He and his colleague were extremely professional and kept me informed of what they were doing throughout the procedure. They did a great job fixing my tooth and I thought the service was great value. I will definitely go there again if I have any issues with my teeth.

I had a very good experience. I felt very cared for and listened to. I can be quite sensitive (I am autistic and I have some sensory issues) but I experienced no pain throughout my check up. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a patient and knowledgeable dentist.

A fantastic dentist and everyone is really happy to help you with anything! I always feel really at ease during my appointment!
