I would at my best deter anybody to use this service. I put over 80 in mixed coins in a Coinstar machine at the ASDA Liverpool I never got my full payment; I was cheated out of 60 I did the right thing and complained to them to no avail. They had basically called me a liar. Absolutely a shambolic service.

(Translated by Google) Completely misleading advertising. "Convert your coins into money", but what you convert 90.1% of your money into (because they charge you 9.9%) is a voucher that expires after a year to stand in line at the supermarket and checkout to redeem the voucher. They should change the advertising and explain how their machines work, it's a scam. (Original) Publicidad completamente engaosa. "Convierte tus monedas en dinero", pero en lo que conviertes el 90,1% de tu dinero (porque te cobran el 9,9%) es en un vale que caduca al ao para hacer la cola en el super y pasar por caja para canjear el vale. Deberan cambiar la publicidad y explicar el funcionamiento de sus maquinas, es un timo.

As I poured MY money into the machine, (which is based in Morrisons supermarket Rhyl North Wales) it jammed!! I called the number provided three times over a 3 week period firstly to Carlos (twice) and Omar (one time) between them they couldn't offer a dicision/solution on the problem I had in counted. Eventually nothing was done, so I lost my money. I reckon between 35 and 45, This is/was basically high street robbery, In future I suggest using a bank!!!
