Although it seems that to some, this company has been helpful during the COVID 19 period, 1pm have offered me nothing. One of the managers has even acknowledged to me that offers have flexed and changed over the period - in other words they seem to act on a lottery basis. Ive had vague promises which turn out to be relatively insubstantial monthly reductions in payment for a fraction of the period needed, all of which will be clawed back in later months. No help at all. Steer clear!

I think the best way to review this type of business is when you encounter problems. Well, due to Covid I've had to ask for help twice. Both times I was dealt with not only professionally with due regard to my business, but the process was quick and easy. I thoroughly recommend this business, and only wish my bank were this helpful.

One pm are a supportive lender and will go the extra mile to support our business. They like to say YES and will exhaust every avenue to provide a positive response.
