Had a fantastic time at Federicos pasta making class! We made three different types of delicious pasta and fillings were provided which were super tasty. The session also included a 20 min lesson on the best dry pasta to buy and hints and tips on how to make delicious sauces. Highly recommend and great value for money. It was so fun and I feel much more confident in my pasta making skills now

We did this as a group activity at the house we were staying at for a Hen do. The evening was a lot of fun, very informative, and the perfect activity for our Hen do. The pasta making is very hands on, as each person literally starts with a pile of flour and turns this into edible pasta, which we cooked and ate as our evening meal. Frederico had the right balance of teaching us the background needed to making the pasta, but also ensuring we were having fun throughout. I could not recommend enough!
