Starbucks Coffee

Light and airy Coffee shop with plenty of seating. A relaxing atmosphere slightly away from the busy city centre shopping streets which suits me. Speedy and friendly service too Skinny flat white and cinnamon bun were lovely Nearly bought a Starbucks Teddy but resisted maybe next time

Been here a few times on my lunch break, one time the Starbucks took twenty minutes because one of the women there wouldnt stop talking to her co-workers but I shrugged it off and accepted that it happens sometimes. I went there today and one of the workers was extremely rude to an elderly lady who was getting a coffee. She put the drinks on the side and called out what they were and the elderly customer didnt come get it for a few minutes, I guess they hadnt heard. Then when she came to get it, the worker was pulling faces and gesturing her, clearly implying that she thought she was stupid for not getting her drink sooner. Im not sure the customer saw properly, but I find it extremely rude and sad that you would decide to treat a customer that way, especially someone who might be hard of hearing. Theres literally no need to do that. I told one of their co workers but Im leaving a review because I think its disgusting. Dont know if Ill be buying again. Sad.
