I was waiting for my afternoon bites but until my dinner reservation time the takeaway still couldnt be ready !!!!!!!

Worst nandos so far. Grilled butterfly chicken was dry and burned, broccoli was cold and tasted badly microwaved instead of grilled and we had a quite long wait at a greasy table in the foyer. Had much better experience in different chain stores.

i ordered at 20:15 we were told the wait will be 20-30 mins because they are short of chicken. coming up to 21:15 our food was still not served. not happy we had to wait more than 30 minutes other people who came after us were served first
