        I'd already heard of the rudeness of the staff that work/volunteer at this shop. This morning I experienced it for myself whilst trying to donate 2 bags of nearly new books. A tall woman with blonde/grey hair & glasses came to the door & extremely rudely told me to come back at 9.30 when they were open- it was 9.05am. I explained I was on my way to work and she said "well you can't leave them there" meaning the doorstep. Obviously I wasn't going to do that! I said wow I can't give them away to which she said we'll yes and slammed the door! Won't ever be going back there what a great start to my day!! Total rudeness! Shame as the actual shop is good but clearly they aren't bothered about the people who take the time to donate or their customers.
