Great experience, lovely staff. Was quoted 70 by the guy at Hilliers, but I only wanted a quick job so this was perfect and only 20. Could maybe clean the waiting room?

Used them to wash my car and vacuum the inside as nearest to me. Worse service I have ever received. Extremely unwelcoming staff, rude and bad language. When I arrived there was a queue, but enough space to pull in. A staff member came to me asking me what I want. I said wash outside and clean inside. Very rudley he said again what do you want, wash ? Dry? What? The he goes saying fine but it's cash only. As I had limited cash on me wanted to check I have enough money to pay so I asked how much. He then tried to open the door of my car abruptly to check inside and in same rude tone said its 25 as big car. **must say my car it not big!! I said OK thats fine. He goes saying you want or not? .... Just feel almost intimidated by his approach. I will definitely look for another hand car wash place as I do not want to come here again. I understand they are busy and trying to wash as many car and as quickly as possible, but the customer is paying for the services and ultimately their salaries and a bit of respect and welcoming approach doesn't hurt. I had to give a star. I read other people's reviews before and seems majority had similar experience. Shame...
