        After buying a car from this dealership, l cannot recommend them. The after sales is very poor and their customer service is no better. They lie. If you want avoid grief further down the line, buy your used care elsewhere

        I collected my brand new Tiguan over the weekend and couldn't be happier. From the start of the process, Russell and Jon have gone out of their way to ensure I got the best vehicle for the best price. Even when the lingering effects of Covid threatened the deal, Jon went out of his way to find me a new model that would suit my needs and specific timescale. This is my fourth vehicle from Bath Volkswagen in the last six and a half years and this is the reason why I keep on coming back.
