        Visited here for the first time the other day, the girls that served us were lovely and friendly and the brownie we had was really nice. Dropping 2 stars because my mum went downstairs to use the toilet and when she couldnt find it straight away she was greeted by the manager who wasnt friendly and didnt speak to her very nicely when directing her (she was mid argument with a staff member which probs had something to do with it). Sad to finish our visit with bad customer manner after all the girls were so nice. We wont be returning

        Afternoon tea was okay but i booked it a year in advance and they told me two days before they cant cater for gluten free & vegan so that was a shame. Afternoon tea is set and if you order more you have to pay! Eeek
