        When we visited on 13 Dec 2022 it was closed during posted open hours and appeared as though it has not been open for months.

        Excellent service from Abbey Ales, eagerly waiting another delivery of two cases of Black Friar. If you like stout then give it a go, it's a cracking beer, sadly it's a seasonal ale and stocks are getting low so may not be around for too long. Don't know why I just wrote that, less for me.

        Second purchase of 36 pint (20L) box of Bellringer delivered super fast, tastes great. Very good value at 55 delivered (if you're pretty central to Bath) You can't recreate the Star pub but were trying !

        Ordered a polypin on line and received my delivery within three days. Real ale and absolutely delicious. Would thoroughly recommend Abbey Ales and I'll be back for more very soon. What a great find!
