        Paid 150 for BMW problem diagnosis on M135i. They said all OK, just a loose connection and reset. After working with a specialist it was 4.2K to repair with a top of engine re-build. -Almost a write off. No response from BMW Bath or the BWW UK complaints procedure. Its a joke, especially given the amount of pointless mobile notifications you get confirming a booking, asking if it was OK, asking for feedback etc. Totally hollow, and incompetent, then they ignore valid complaints. Avoid UPDATE: They phoned me after seeing this review. I sent them all the emails, and scans of paperwork. Then didn't hear back. Make your own mind up after reading the good and bad reviews.

        After my first review Adrian has been very responsive to help us resolve our car. The response time was quick and Adrian was very proactive. I just hope this car does not have any further faults.
