        Hares helped me recently with an issue with my electric conversion kit and I would not hesitate to use them again. This is a class outfit. Helpful, knowledgeable and efficient all at a very reasonable cost.

        Fantastic service. After struggling to get any sense from a well know nationwide cycle shop who wanted 180 to fix a gear cable. Hares did the repair there and then in 30 mins on a busy Saturday morning for less than 30. What can I say, a gem of a business, please use and recommend these guys.

        A kind group of professionals who gave me time, listened to my explanation and fixed the problem. I explained that I hadn't cycled for a while due to long covid and wanted to use my bike as part of my physical rehabilitation. They took me seriously and one of them even test rode it for me to check that everything was in order. . . . and they invited me to go back if I needed to. Kind, honest and professional.

        Husband and I wanted to buy a Volt e-bike each. As Hares only had one available on the day we bought it, we got the second one elsewhere. The difference in the standard of delivery was incredible - Hares outshone the other agent in their customer service, knowledge and general care and I would definitely use Hares for future servicing etc in the knowledge that they know their stuff and actually care about what they are doing
