However, on my last flight, I encountered a mishap when my Aesop perfume leaked in my luggage. Disappointed and unsure of what to do, I decided to visit my local Bath Aesop store and seek their assistance. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me. When I explained my situation to them, they were incredibly understanding and empathetic. To my surprise and delight, they offered me a brand new bottle of perfume, no questions asked! I was truly touched by the level of customer service provided by Aesop. Not only did they replace my damaged perfume with a new one, but they also demonstrated genuine concern for my satisfaction as a loyal customer. This remarkable experience has only deepened my love and appreciation for the brand. Aesop continues to set the gold standard for quality products and unparalleled customer service. Lovely experience. We wanted a cap for our mouthwash, and the shop assistant kindly gave us two for free. Didn't feel pushy or not welcome in store, despite not buying anything.
