        Simply dreadful way to do business. No one qualified to help you. Only 1 cashier and 4 staff on floor with iPads that cant help you do anything except bank online. If you could bank online you clearly wouldnt be wasting your life going to a branch of Barclays!! I need to pay in cash from my business which I obviously cant do via an app!! Even though I use drop and go Im still in the bank for up to 45mins!! Time I cant afford to spend away from my business!! Its ridiculous!!!

        Went to the bank to change old 50 notes just after 2pm...cashier closed.Ask for menager but lady by the front said they can't do anything and I have to come back tomorrow at 10 so I lost 4 for parking at Southgate, waste my time to go there and they charging us all lots of money for transaction fees etc but they closing cashier at 2pm to save money on employee, pushing us to use machines(already had 2 situation when money was missing and they have to check it all so waste hour there). COVID restrictions are gone so stop using COVID hours!!! Definitely will change bank!

      • The negative work attitude and perfunctory communication of the staff of Barclays Bank made me decide to go to other banks for business, perhaps they think my dress sense is not high enough
