Came in to apply for a credit card, I spoke to Julie who was able to explain everything very well to me and pointed out next steps and answered every question I had. Great service all round!

The staff here have been extraordinarily kind to my mum who has Alzheimers and can sadly no longer manage banking personally. Over the last few years theyve been patient, careful and gentle with her as her memory deteriorated. They all know her name and when she came with me into the bank for the first time in months and months recently, she was welcomed like an old friend. A year or so ago, they made the process of putting in place POA less painful than it might have been, supporting us in an informed way which did not leave my mum feeling disempowered. They spoke to us both equally throughout, not just addressing me. Preserving dignity in matters like this is gold standard. Such kindnesses do not go unnoticed. Thank you.
