Very bad response for account openings.

Terrible customer service on the 1st of October 2022. The lady who was working in the branch was rude and loud, I am a premier bank customer and have been banking with HSBC for 10+ years and am seriously considering to leave the bank and switching to somewhere else with better customer service. HSBC has to focus more on training their staff, otherwise theyre going to lose their valuable customers.
