        I could not have been better looked after at this Bath branch. I went in with baby, was taken to a booth as needed to feed him. Ching Man Cecilia Lo looked after my 2 requests with ease, speed and a kind heart. She even sent me flowers to ease the new hearing loss I have recently been diagnosed with. Who does that????! Never in my life has a bank shown as much concern over my health. 11/10

        Poor machines. Poor staffing levels. Basically, no one wants to use Nat West in Bath, and the Bank does not want to be there.
