I bought a Volvo v40 diesel this had a 3 month warranty firstly the car had an oil refill light come on in week 2 of the purchase I took this back over 7 times and was told it was the oil consumption and everyone knows a car shouldnt use 1 litre of oil after it has been serviced by the car dealership, he had then kept electronically resetting this and I was unaware it was an oil leak after this had been put on the ramp twice and the garage kept blaming it on a sensor and oil consumption I am only 26 years of age and bought this car with my savings for reliable commuting to London and the guy seems very cheerful when making a purchase but when it had been deal done he wasnt interested to know me and had said this was out of warranty even though I have text communication of everytime I reported the problem he used a garage next door which is not even noting down advisories or faults to pass cars and this will be reported to the DVSA which the garage is called chapel motors.

Bought car a year ago after negotiating a service & cam belt change. Service was evidently not done but was told they have receipts to prove thisquite sure my car isnt the only car to require usual items such as filters/oilnow had confirmation that the cam belt wasnt done as needs doing ASAP!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANYclearly the safety of buyers is not a priority!! Will now be seeking legal advice!!
