Joining English Heritage was one of the best things we did, whenever we go anywhere we look at the book or on the website to see where we fancy spending time, we have saved an absolute fortune and had so many fantastic weekends away exploring historical sites. Many of the places we have visited have been dog friendly too.

Kenilworth castle enchanted was rubbish. (Was so muddy, my partner ended up on her bum twice, covered in mud and twisted her ankle. You could look at the castle from the outside and it had a blue light on it. That was all. Oh and extortionatly priced mulled wine.) They agreed a refund, but only when most people who visited in the first few weeks requested one. Been waiting since December, it's now February and still nothing. Told me they processed it 9 days ago and it will take 3-5 days? Lol. They rarely return calls when they say they will. It's as if there putting it off. And to make it worse, they want to snoop through my private bank statement. 30 wasted. Not wasting any more phone bill, time or privacy. Shame, i won't be visiting any more of there beautiful sights.
