        Attended 2nd stage interview which lasted 2 hours, met CEO and various people within the organisation. Throughout the entire process was told that they would be happy to train someone who lacks skills in the "market data realm". However following week was told that I was unsuccessful due to not having market data experience. A lot of time wasted by people who failed to read a CV properly and went back on their words. Disappointed!
