Today, the order is again out for delivery but at this time its obvious what will happen. I have been waiting THREE days for my order to be delivered. I understand that HP rely on Parcelforce for the delivery to happen, but it is HP responsibility to get things done on the dates they agreed to me, or find an alternative.
I have suggested to HP to send a new order by an express courier tomorrow directly to my house, I havent had a response as yet.
Im travelling abroad this weekend and I need my new laptop, otherwise I wont be able to work.
