        The facilities are good. However I have to mention bad service of the porter, especially Mike. When moving, he would not let me use the lift even though there were stairs at the entrance and I offered to be compliant with their rule of the use, only for the reason that that might break the lift if it is used to carry boxes. Also he forced us to carry only 3 boxes by the carrier at a time without checking the size and weight of the boxes, for the reason that that might break the carrier. Acutually the carrier was big and tough, and the boxes were not big, like 8kg per each. He is lack of kindness and hospitality.
