        Dr Hargreaves has been compassionate and understanding whilst diagnosing me promptly and treating me effectively. She communicates well, with a reassuring wealth of experience. Although things may seem straight forward on the face of things, having passed through the referral system as a patient I have witnessed the sheer mountain of bureaucracy, push backs and hurdles that a GP is expected to negotiate / fight on my behalf all for something routine.

        Absolutely disgusted in how the receptionist team act and doctor bridgewood I'm honestly fuming at how I'm being treated especially how ill I am seems it's just a massive joke to them all
