Aquastone Services - Drains & Plumbing

I have used Aquastone services to for a small piece of work: mount a bathroom cabinet on a wall and fix the leaky and noisy taps in our kitchen. When I got in touch, Alan was super quick to respond and booked a visit within a couple days. The job was then booked and finished within less than a week. The price was very reasonable, and the quality of the work really good. Both my husband and I are delighted with the outcome. I really appreciated how professional, efficient and approachable Alan was, despite having to put up with my silly barking dogs and my many questions. When there was a small issue related to the piece of work, Alan answered immediately and sorted it out. I particularly appreciated how responsive the service was, as opposed to previous negative experience with other companies who would not commit to a job and sometimes not even return a call or an email, not even to express lack of capacity / interest for the work. We would definitely recommend Aquastone Services to anyone looking for great quality results, as well as clarity in communication and transparent commitment to the agreed work.

Alan has done two lots of work for us now and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Excellent work, punctual and efficient. After a couple of days Alan got back to us to check that all was ok with his work and that we had no problems.

Discovered we had a leak late morning contacted Alan who advised how to temporarily stop the leak till he could attend, he attended that same afternoon to repair a section of pipe and stop the leak, very professional and polite highly recommended to all friends and family.
