        Origin worked very hard to help us successfully gain planning permission on a previously refused, quite difficult site. Michael has always communicated very well with us and is always willing to help out wherever possible. We would certainly recommend and will be using again for all future projects.

        Nice people, with some good ideas, but, and it's a big but, their communication skills are virtually non-existant. It takes weeks to receive even an acknowledgment of queries, and then only after repeated reminders. 'Out of office' notifications are not used and promises of action are not kept. We live in difficult times at the moment, but there is no excuse for not even acknowledging emails. There is no excuse for failing to deliver on promises ( inevitably, without any explanation as to why). We regret engaging this company, and the money we spent may as well have been chucked down a hole. In conclusion, we cannot recommend this company at all.
