I will warn anyone to not use this Pharmacy. They did not have my prescription (needed to prevent sight loss) and they claimed they emailed for an alternative. This turned out to be a lie and they refused to take responsibility for not arranging the prescription. They also refused to chase this up with the surgery and only said they will email, which is not appropriate given the urgency of the medication. They hung up on me during the call. They were rude. They do not take any responsibility. Do not use them.

TLDR Messed up my medications more than once, asked about trying to fix this problem and was basically told to find another pharmacy. Absolute disgrace I fully appreciate that the healthcare system is spread a bit thin . My medications are never ready when they should be and often I have to go without one or more of my medications for a few days or sometimes weeks. I called today as one was missing from what I picked up. I spoke to a gentleman first about it who trying to find out where the issue was, is this a pharmacy issue or a problem with my GP, unsurprisingly it's not an ideal situation to be in so I would expect that this is a normal gripe to have as result. The gentleman then put me on with a lady who said they have thousands of patients and we can't just know when peoples prescriptions are due. I explained I need them every month and how can I make sure this happens no real answer on how to achieve that. As anyone trying to reach Bassingbourn surgery will know, it can take a long time to get through on the phone. I explained that and asked if that was the only way then I'd have to get a new GP, before I could finish my sentence saying that I really don't want to do that I was cut off and told you can go to another pharmacy as well.
