I arrived on time and excited only to be sat on a sofa after being gorpt at when first walking in, this made me feel a little uncomfortable.
Anyway i sat patiently waiting and after 15 minutes of watching both hairdressers still happily cutting away I asked if it was going to be much longer and was told 5 more minutes.
20 minutes later and both hairdressers still cutting away this was now 35 Mins after my appointment time and I was unable to sit and wait any longer as would be late for a later appointment.
Very disappointed and frustrated.
