Not professional. Took one of my animals and never returned them to me, even at the end. Would not provide any details of where my animal was taken - was told that my animal had died. However, I was never ever provided with veterinary records or even any details about which vets my animal had been taken to, despite asking. Instead my messages were just ignored. 3 years on, I have still not been provided with any details or information in regards to veterinary records! I still haven't been given any information of where my pet is! If you want your pets to be safe then I wouldn't recommend this service! I feel that not enough information is known about the breeds of pets that are being offered to be cared for (other than dogs). Clear instructions were provided. Extra money was provided in case extra supplies were needed as well as a subscription in place for some of the essential items to be delivered. These instructions were listened to or even read. I felt like I wasnt being listened to and what I was asking, didn't matter.

Zena is the absolute best at dog walking, let outs and dog sitting. Her passion for dogs is evident and I would recommend without hesitation.

The nicest person to have your dogs ever she loves dogs. Is all about the dogs and takes great care of them and they have such fun with her. you can definitely Trust Zena webb with your dogs . I highly recommend her.
