Insolvency Advice Anvil introduced us to one of their insolvency advice consultants. This was a two for one deal for us, having Roger on hand to focus on the creditor pressure and personal guarantee issues, while receiving specialist insolvency advice which helped us to make some really important decisions about our future, which we were struggling to deal with before.

Roger was introduced to me from a contact of mine when I found myself in an extremely difficult position, commercially and personally, a position I never thought I would be in. Having ran multiple successful companies, I assumed that my commercial and personal life would continue to thrive. However, due to covid related issues, my companies commenced a downward spiral. As a result of this, I unfortunately had to cease trading. Upon the cessation of such trading, it was brought to my attention that as I had Personally Guaranteed several business loans, I was held liable - personally. Having no income for a while, this was the worst thing that could possibly happen. To cut out the long story, the creditors were attempting to bankrupt me, I became lost in all communications due to the personal / mental pressure which I had to endure. Having no experience with dealing with such matters, I was lost, depressed, anxious and mentally dead. Roger was then introduced to me - and how grateful I am for that introduction. Roger has been astounding, in both a customer relations way, and a 'get the job done' way. Roger immediately took all of the pressures away from me, stepped in as my agent and sailed the ship smoothly and successfully. Roger's emails to the creditors were very effective and strong. In a short space of time (where I was having no success whatsoever) he managed to get all creditors to accept my settlement offers and has stayed true to his word every step of the way. Roger has been available when I needed him, he has gone the extra mile and helped me with other matters that I have been struggling with - he has been a gem. Roger - thank you. You really have saved my life (as cringey as that sounds). If anyone needs help with creditors - Roger is your guy! Thanks again!!!!!

I gave Roger a call after a mutual friend passed me his details. Once I had appraised him of my situation he quickly responded and within a few weeks (the time it took for the 3rd party to respond) I had a positive outcome and would highly recommend Anvilba (Rogers company) to anybody who is in the position where a large company is trying to get you to do something you don't think is right but they threaten you with solicitors and you feel you can't win. I am a firm believer that if you are not in the wrong then fight, if you need help to do that Roger is your man.

I approached Anvil Business Advisory during a very prolonged and difficult business insurance claim. They investigated all avenues to further our case with a can do approach, representing us fairly and concisely. They listened to our case where previously we felt we had been let down and they provided professional advice all the way through to a very satisfactory result. Roger was extremely helpful and also very understanding. I felt comfortable having him deal with my issues and would recommend him to many of the trades I work alongside. Having other people and larger businesses owing money is very worrying and so having someone who can deal with this for you confidently and respectfully is very welcome.
