They were ment to CLEAR gutters and clean. They cleaned OK, we have just looked at our lower level gutters and these have NOT been cleared, still full of debris, so I'm sure the upper gutters will not have been cleared as there is no evidence of anything being taken out except one blocked down pipe where they have thrown the muck out of the gutter onto our conservatory roof. We have been conned and I would not recommend this company to anyone

After paying the company 150, our gutters are still overspilling and causing the exact same issue as before. The manager suggested that my gutters were damaged but didn't tell me this until I made a complaint. I wouldn't recommend this company as after I asked for a refund / partial refund, I was told that they quoted to clean, and that's what they did. Not happy with this service.

Used these guys for a couple of years. We have had a few quality issues but to be fair it was resolved at their earliest opportunity without any push back.
