Matthew and his team are amazing, attentive, reliable and diligent. I have never used such a professional company that go-over and beyond their initial quotation because they really do care! They always message us prior to the scheduled date and time, just to confirm we are still happy for them to proceed - nice touch in my eyes! I have used many self employed window cleaning companies in the past to vacuum our gutters, clean our soffits, fascias & windows, and Clear H2o truly showcase the difference in value, extreme high standards and the whole customer experience. They use state of the art tools, giving us the reassurance of a good job well done, also their testimonials and references from large cooperation's and large residential properties indicates the trust they have built over the last 10 years in business. They were excited to tell us also, when they were at our property that they have a 95% referral rate and have retained all their clients, so for me this is a no-brainer and I would definitely recommend their services. I just wish to add, if you were to read TripAdvisor, there is always one, and alone is not a true reflection of a business.

Matthew is a reliable, conscientious and considerate worker. He takes great pride in the service he provides, always giving 100% to the job in hand, be it window cleaning, gutters or patio cleaning. He is polite and professional. I have used H2O for the last 6 years and have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Clear H20 Window Cleaning Services Ltd were employed to vacuum our gutters and clean these together with our soffits, fascias & windows. The work was carried out to a very poor standard with large amounts of debris being left in the gutters & missed areas of cleaning. In the process of the work this Company has extensively scratched our Aluminum seamless guttering - resting & moving the cleaning pole on the guttering whilst cleaning, causing over a thousand pounds of damage. Photographs of the damage, debris and missed areas have been dismissed He is simply not interested in the damage he has caused and demands his payment. Please see the photographs which show the damage and poor workmanship. This was the first Google review to be published for this Company.
