        Awful customer care. I felt the staff were trained to fob you off rather than deal with an issue. I finally managed to get a refund 3 months later and after several phone calls. They never call you back or email you as promised.

        Woken up this morning to 5 separate transactions in Oxford area (I'm in Yorkshire) charging my account - I had used a Selecta vending machine for one purchase at my uni (again, on Yorkshire) so I have no idea why this purchase has happened.
