No professionalism! absolute terrible customer service from the person in charge at the time. This is not my first time at this place but definitely the LAST! I placed a telephone order for collection. I turned up to collect my order, the restaurant only had 2 customers inside and no orders were being prepared in the kitchen. To my surprise they have not even started preparing my order!!! at which point I told them not to worry and left the resturant disappointed because the whole point of call and collect is not to wait around while they start preparing your order when you turn up at the restaurant. While I was walking out the man in charge tells me don't worry we lose a customer another one will come".... you can only but laugh at this kind of attitude, what a way to conduct business!!!
