The Mindfulness and Relaxation online training with Marta boosted my confidence and lowered the anxiety around day to day routine tasks as a parent and a professional. Given me an opportunity to look at responsibilities and obligations positively and cheerfully and respect the ordinary matters which I had taken for granted with much thoughtfulness and lot humility. Training sessions were well organised and flexible to reflect on techniques learnt each day.

I recently completed the Teach children mindfulness, well-being and resilience course ran by Marta which was a really informative course. Marta is a wonderful coach who explains the concepts clearly and thoroughly. She is personable and welcoming. I would thoroughly recommend both Marta and this course for those wishing to teach mindfulness to children. I was equipped with so many various strategies to help children manage stress, relaxation methods, improve confidence and well being. Thank you Marta! X

I was the worst student ever . I have never believed in any mindfulness sessions before . I was the one who only believed in black and white. I was the one who thought that everything has to have sense and I could not understand why people need sessions . Since i have attended Martas sessions I understood that I can talk with other people about my own inside challenges. I have opened up with my day to day frustrations and I learned how to managed them without effecting others.I built my self confidence and I learnt how to love my life again . Marta is my superstar and her programs are one of the best on the market. Well done Mel

I attended Martas 6 week Relaxation Meditation and Mindfulness online training and I fully recommend this training to everyone who wants to bring more happiness, peace and calm into their life. I have two very active children under 5 who made me exhausted and frustrated. I knew I had to change the way I experience the reality, stop being on a rush and enjoy every moment with my lovely kids. Doing this training was the best decision I have ever made. Ive been given tools that help me control my life more effectively.

I recently completed the Mindfulness, Resilience and Well-being Schools Coach training with Marta and all I can say is it was an excellent course to be on. I had the most amazing two days, Marta is a brilliant trainer and coach. I learnt some much over the two days and felt very relaxed after it. Marta did not only delivery a successful course but is still here to guide us further to help put it all into practice and be able to help children. Many thanks Minal Gajparia
