As you would expect, staff were very attentive to me as a prospective (and then actual) purchaser. The original salesman was unexpectedly away from the business after the 'deal was done' and therefore didn't respond to my emails, but once I called in to chase up I was given good service by his colleague. However, a post-sale enquiry I made is still to be responded to, but as we are less than 48 hours after the question was raised they still have the benefit of my doubt.

There is a problem after delivery of the car, there will be no after-sales service on the second day, no reply, no follow-up, irresponsible.

Have bought Yaris Hybrid in mid-March 23. Initially went and sign HP with Toyota finance and before taking delivery, I paid full amount requesting them to cancel HP agreement. Unfortunately while writing this review in May 23, they have not manage to sort it out. Since last 2 months they are deducting monthly payment from my account. Needless to mention - I have called them several times in Apr (when first installment amount was deducted) and was assured by their manager and account person named Paul that HP agreement is cancelled and amount will be credited in few days in my bank account. Instead second installment is deducted today. What a lathargic staff and admin service this dealer have? Shameful !!
