        Would give 0 stars for the service at the Basingstoke branch. We hired the floor and edge sander & the sand paper kept exploding! The machine had a faulty screw and so the paper could come loose and literally explode. If you're looking at sanding your floors, use the Bona products- they are absolutely brilliant and recommended by professionals. Absolutely shocking customer service here the branch manager gave incorrect information and the other staff were just incredibly rude. The staff know they failed us and agreed to a full refund and collection of the products. they didn't show up and now waiting for my bank to resolve this through a dispute - luckily have confirmations of a full refund in writing but what an absolute mess! Do not touch them!

        Superb service. Had to use them twice this month one for rotavator delivered and collected on time looking good and clean. 2nd time for lawn roller collected brom branch and dropped off at branch again no porblem and fantastic service :)
