Katherine on help desk was amazing, some very kind member of the public found my wallet with 260 cash in it,nothing was missing! Absolutely amazing. Also (Pete) in customer services went above and beyond to.put a note through my door letting me know that my wallet was found which was very kind of him!

It is good i come often and find what i need and if not sainsbury and tesco is close.

Has 95% of my needs, good stock. Tellers could do with a bit more training, don't walk away when customers are trying to talk to you & telling the customers they need to pay when they are trying but you are busy chatting about your day to someone else is not a good customer service. !!!!!!!!

The trolleys are kept outside in the rain. Probably fine unless you have children who use the seats. Nothing to dry them and the staff were unhelpful when asked. I will never give Asda my business again.
