Unfortunately nothing changed as the building is still falling apart. You can't see a week without somewhere is leaking from, or need to repair. Today after Easter finally open but had to turn back as I can't drop my kid in kidzclub while I training as the club was flooded . Amazing value for money lol. You are lucky if there is a month pass by and you can use everything you pay for. Obviously there is no refund or anything offered as this is nothing but a pleasant experience for you isn't it . My son loves the place that is we are stick to it and also there is no competition yet. But really hope there will be soon one as I am tired of paying 120 monthly for this. Let's talk the good side All staff are wonderful. In the restaurant and in kidzone they are the ones who are very kind and professional at all times. If you have a child you can really can have fun here. The facility looks like getting better but it is a lot of maintenance need to be done, which can be annoying. Specially the sound of a drill when u try to relax in the jacuzzi. Overall it's a good place, worth to give it a try definitely

Ive been going to beechdown for a year now and its so frustrating because its really not cheap, I never know if the jacuzzi will be hot and working or if the steam room will be working because it seems every couple of weeks they are broken. I had water drop on my head last week in the womens toilet as there was a leak through the downlight and its still not been fixed ( see video ) the place feels dirty, in the steam room there is some yellowish slime all around head height and hairs that have been there all week. I dont think Ill renew my membership. So annoying because it could be really lovely. The staff are all amazing. I have just edited my review because the showers are disgusting!!! There is mould all over the walls. Who would want to shower in there! Please watch the video. How can they be ok with this Im surprised they havent been closed down for poor hygiene. Ugh yuck.
