Didn't apply the agreed discount until I pointed it out. Left 2 small seat support's covers unassembled. Left seat cover there and didn't wash my car after service.

on 03.05.2108 around 9 am I've phone carwow team member Mark . he was extremely rude and sounds like irritated that I'm asking the questions in regards to the offer I was sent on carwow, I've asked to speak to his manager, then in very he asked " why is that" ? then he just said "bye bye" and put down the phone on me .... I'm Mercedes and Smart customer for last few years and never before was treated badly like that . Waiting for his Manager Mike Williams to call me back

I would put 0 stars if i could. I purchased an approved car from the in September and they had the car for a week to paint the bumpers which were in terrible condition along with other parts of the car. When we picked up the car, the car was damaged in the rear bumper and exhaust box however they decided to hide this from me and now they are not taking any responsibility. Also they way they service the cars there is not in high quality. I could hear noise while i was driving and guess what they never put the engine cover properly. Low Quality Service, Rude staff especially the manager of the branch, Avoiding responsibilities - do not go there and if you are planning to buy a car from there do not. You will have a more pieceful mind if you buy it from somewhere else. PS: I contacted the person in charge as per the comment days ago. nobody reverted back to me. Very unprofessional.
