        Amazing company, they responded in good time and explained the process well when I asked there staff member harriet lots of questions , I payed my excess and sent off my phone, everything went well except for a sim issue I emailed them and under there amazing warranty guarantee they responded in action and responsiblity and then told me to send off once again and the issue was resolved good job wcs and to Harriet who was amazing through the endeavour

        I placed a claim in less than a week ago for broken iPhone 13 Pro Max, I then read all the negative reviews and was panicking but there was so need! They sorted it within 2 days, let me purchase another out of warranty and reimbursed me the money! The communication was on point and I knew the process every step of the way

        Avoid this company at any cost. My wife had a policy with them but when her phone was stolen they refused to pay for her and cancelled her policy immediately quoting so stupid clauses. They are after your premium only
