Isis Out Of School Club

Very disappointed with the administration of this club. We have been paying for their services for a year now and only used it twice. Literally they have picked my kid from school in 2 occasions. In good faith, we have always informed them of not needing their services when not needed so they save money on staff and food and they have taken free money from us for all this time. Because one day there was no battery on my husbands phone and took us extra 20 min to inform them that they dont have to provide the service we paid for that day they surcharged us with extra 5. When queried, they threw in our face T&Cs we dont even remember signing. Either way, as soon as you pay for a service, regardless if you use it or not it should be available, right? Forcing the parent to inform about the service not being needed that day before a certain hour is unethical, specially that they dont offer any discount for it. The parent pays for the day.. you provide the service- the kid isnt coming-less work for staff.. you took the money already, throw the remaining food in the bin or give it to an other kid This is a scam, money grabbing club, taking advantage of lack of childcare in the area. I will be complaining to Ofsted too.

My kids love it here! I was so proud when they came home and taught me how to do a headlock. So proud.
