        I usually love this place and they used to do the best chocolate shake ever and then it just suddenly disappeared off of the menu please bring it back it was the best thing you ever did

        Pret has really gone downhill over the last year . It smells, the staff are unfriendly and unhelpful, the staff dont seem to work together or know what they are doing, orders take ages. The main thing is that it used to be a happy friendly place with staff that knew the customers and now it seems as if no one is working together. I avoid it and soo many others todo too. Even though its the only coffee shop that has food I can eat as Im gluten free. I rarely write reviews or complain but its terrible. The over all management need to do something to make it a personable place to go again! Vegetarian options: N/a
