Watson Way Post Office

Only go here if you're wanting to use the shop. I visit this branch to use the Post Office, and every time I've been the woman behind the counter prioritises taking personal phone calls over actually serving. Today I stood waiting for a few minutes while she described what she had made for dinner to someone, and when she was finally off the phone she told me they'd had to close the Post Office early due to staffing issues. I know full well she can operate the Post Office as she did it for me recently, so clearly talking about dinner is more important than helping a customer. Won't be going back if I can help it.

This is a combo mini-mart and sub-post office. This combination has been operating for over 20 years and is still doing well. There is competition from Aldi which is 200m away.

Useless post office. if you buy post online and you need receipts never ever go to this shop. They will find some things to don't give you the service. Unpolite staff specially Indian men and women. I do online marketing and I posted more than 3000 same package from other post office branches in last year but this post office refused to post my parcels for 17 time .
